History

First introduced in the 1960s, FET-A76 is our tribute to this piece of studio hardware, which achieved its legendary sound thanks to the introduction of the so-called FETs, the field-effect transistors, which are used to create very high-impedance circuits. This is exactly what gives the FET compressor its unique character. Our FET-A76 authentically captures every nuance of this highly sought-after unit.
