在 1920 年代，吉他手對小號手通過打開和關閉靜音器發出的“哇哇哇”聲音著迷。它的過濾效果改變了樂器的共振，感覺增加了吉他演奏的“時髦”表現力。

40 多年後，一項偶然的發明造就了一種永遠改變吉他聲音的裝置。這個踏板最終被稱為 Cry Baby。接下來，在 1970 年代，一個中止的合成器項目導致了類似的“哇哇”效果，後來被稱為 Mu-Tron III 包絡濾波器。這兩款設備徹底改變了我們今天所知的幾乎所有類型的音樂。

旨在模仿哇音踏板發出的“哇哇”聲音。WF3607具有 6 種過濾效果模式，從熟悉的 crybaby 聲音到時髦的類似合成器的過濾器。
